Established in 2010, JR Evans Engineering is an expert in civil engineering and planning. The firm provides expertise and experience in environmental resource permits, flood plain analysis, surface water modeling, local development order permitting, land use analysis, design, and entitlement. Collectively, Mr. Hartley and Mr. Evans have played notable rolls in multiple site developments within the town of Ave Maria, Collier County, and Lee County. Daniel Hartley holds his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Florida and is a registered Professional Engineer in the state of Florida. Josh Evans has over fourteen years of consulting and civil engineering experience. He holds his Bachelor of Science from the University of Kentucky and his Masters of Engineering from the University of Florida.
