As President of Headwaters Development, Kevin has been leading the company’s emergence and success in the Naples real estate market.
Mr. King has been a homeowner in Naples since 2009 and his passion for real estate translated into the creation of Headwaters Development in 2012. Kevin and the Headwaters team are always working on expanding their business to further entrench themselves in the Florida real estate market while continuing expansion into other areas of the United States.
Mr. King is a Chartered Professional Accountant and graduate of Memorial University of Newfoundland. Having worked in both public and private practice, Mr. King has over 25 years of experience as owner and senior executive with several large real estate development and construction companies in Canada. With a passion for success, he continues to seek new opportunities to grow and develop his company and team of employees. Mr. King is an experienced and well-regarded developer with expertise in the construction and real estate sectors.
